Delete Your Caffè Sabrina Account
If you have created an account using the Caffè Sabrina mobile app, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly from within the app.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Caffè Sabrina app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to your Profile/Account settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation to permanently delete your account.

If you no longer have access to the Caffè Sabrina app, you can request account deletion by emailing:

Please email from the address associated with your Caffè Sabrina account so we can verify your request.
What Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, personal data associated with your Caffè Sabrina account will be deleted, including where applicable your:
- Account and profile information
- Name and email address
- Loyalty information
- App preferences and other personal account data
Information We May Need to Retain
Certain transaction, payment or order records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Any information that must legally be retained will only be kept for the required period.
